I have been offering private personal and pilates training and massage services for over 10 years. We recently completed the new studio to better suit the needs and comforts of my clients. I have worked with a wide range of clients from Olympic hopefuls to those recovering from surgery, to senior citizens. I attended MSU studying biomechanics, have had my personal training certification and pilates certification since 2001, and graduated from Healthworks Institute in 2004. I have taken continuing education involving Thai massage, anatomy trains, and TRX training. Also I am a RRCA certified running coach.
